Shipping & Delivery

We ship via UPS and or USPS to all locations in the Continental 48 States. The cost of the shipping will depend on the size and weight of the purchased items. Please allow for 2 business days to process any new orders before they ship.
Because UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a physical address (that both UPS and USPS) to avoid delivery issues or additional charges.

NOTE:
All international orders will be shipped by DHL, with tracking information. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the customer/consignee to accept delivery and clear Customs (if required), for freight goods consigned to them. Consignee is also responsible to inspect their shipment for damages before the UPS driver leaves the delivery location. If the package shows any signs of damage, open the package immediately and check the contents. If the shipment is damaged you must write a description of the damage on both your copy and the UPS copy of the delivery receipt. If possible please document the damage with pictures of the item and the box. Please notify us immediately so that we can initiate a damage claim with UPS Freight. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS CAN RESULT IN THE CLAIM BEING VOIDED BY UPS.

Returns & Replacements

We will not accept the return of a product which has been used, installed or missing components when it is returned. Please inspect all products for any defects prior to installing them. The customer will have 72 hrs. to notify us of any visible defect after receiving the product.
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product and the return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which must be obtained prior to returning the merchandise. Iconic Parts reserves the right to refuse a returned product if it is not returned with an RMA number. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges unless they received the incorrect part or the part was defective.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of having received the returned merchandise, and shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All parts need to be insured during the return shipping and the customer will carry all risk of loss during the return shipment. We suggest the customer use a carrier that offers a signature confirmation for delivery of the returned package. Items returned with missing components or damaged packaging will be rejected at the discretion of Iconic Parts.
Iconic Parts does not reimburse for any installation costs incurred on defective parts or incorrectly supplied part.
Iconic Parts reserves the right to change or amend any of our policies or procedures at any time without any notification.
